MEET THE STAFF
Molly Sivertsen Bean is the manager and owner of Fusion Fitness. She is certified in Silver Sneakers Classic, TRX Suspension Training, Johnny G Spinning, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist, RYT Yoga Training, Yoga Fit and ACE Personal training. She graduated from Iowa State University and majored in Exercise Science. After graduation she worked in a corporate fitness center in Kansas City for 9 years. She has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 28 years.
Molly is passionate about helping others to succeed in fitness. Being able to do that in Indianola where she was raised, and in her own gym, is an incredible privilege. When she’s not teaching classes, Molly competes in half marathons, triathlons, and is also passing on the love of running to her children Hayden, Remy, Sage, and Piper.
Steph Becker, co-owner, has been a fitness instructor for 19 years. Her full time job is teaching Kindergarten at Wilder Elementary. She is certified in Silver Sneakers, TRX Suspension, and Kickboxing. Stephanie has lived in Indianola her entire life and has raised her three children in the Indianola community. She and her husband live on a small farm south of Indianola. Her family enjoys camping, biking, and swimming.

Stephanie coaches Biggest Loser each Fall and Winter at Fusion. She loves working with her clients and enjoys watching them make new decisions and healthier lifestyle choices. She is very excited about the new classes at Fusion and is excited to watch new members grow. She is passionate about staying educated on the new fitness trends, and strives to help Fusion Fitness offer the best exercises to fit the needs of all members.
Clair Hassenkamp is an Ace certified personal trainer with a specialization in health coaching. She's lived in Indianola for the past two years with her husband Tony, two sons, and labradoodle. Clair loves to hike, SUP, garden, and do almost anything outside. She's an avid weightlifter.

She enjoys teaching people about strength training, and helping others build a good relationship with fitness through a positive mindset.
